Once again I think everyone loves a good peek behind the scenes of the pros lives and this time the Athertons and the GT team have opened the curtains on a weekend where performances were not quite as good as they had hoped, in South Africa.

Then Oakley, who are celebrating 30 years in road cycling this year, have nicely provided a pretty look at the tough-guy race that is the Absa Cape Epic.

That's some proper mountain biking right there, and well worth a bit of a read.
